The ball run guides are designed as accessories to enhance the play of SLAID (X-grid version only – please check the grid shape on your slaid).
Comes in a pack of 7 slats, these guides are made of solid plywood, pre-drilled, for parents to design a ball run with their children. Depending on age, the play needs to be guided at first, eventually leading to a self-directed play. Feel free to combine these with other accessories to create the ultimate ball run!
This “toy” promotes:
- learning the mechanics of simple tools like allen key, nuts and bolts.
- problem solving when ball doesn’t run as intended
- experimenting different ways to race
- problem solving to prove various hypothesis / complete challenges
- getting creative with how it can be played, e.g. pin ball, maze
- endless possibilities!
